Yoga is enough.
In its pure, undiluted essence, it holds everything we need.
YOGA SADHANA
The classical Hatha yoga practice for strength, clarity, and lifelong well-being
If you’ve ever felt that yoga isn’t for you, that you’re not flexible enough, too embarrassed in class, unable to keep up, can’t sit on the mat, can’t sit still, don’t enjoy breathing exercises, or find it hard to focus, know that I understand, and you’re not alone.
I also know that Yoga truly is for every body.
As a beginner, learning from a teacher who understands anatomy is essential. It helps you build strength, flexibility, breath awareness, and resilience safely and progressively. Yoga supports not just your body but also your mind and emotional well-being, keeping you focused, connected, and balanced.
An in-person class offers something special: personal guidance, safe alignment, and the uplifting energy of shared practice—things an online class simply can’t replicate.
In my classes, yoga is not just about performing traditional postures: it’s about cultivating awareness through movement. Whether you’re dealing with stress, poor sleep, health challenges, or simply feeling disconnected, yoga offers a path back to balance. We strengthen the body mindfully, practice breathing techniques for mental clarity, calmness, and better sleep, and explore mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, and yoga philosophy to support lasting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. My approach makes yoga accessible, enjoyable, and deeply transformative, helping you discover that yoga extends far beyond the mat. My students often leave my class feeling rejuvenated, calm, and confident—filled with love, peace, and gratitude.

LIVE WORKSHOPS
In the Hatha Yoga tradition, the practice starts with Shatkriyas (yogic cleansing techniques) that prepare the body for asana. These practices help eliminate excess Kapha, Pitta, and Vata by clearing the nasal passages, sinuses, phlegm, bile, and other toxins.
Through my workshops, I introduce some of these techniques ssuch as Kapalbhati, Jala Neti, Sutra Neti, and Jala Dhauti, which can be safely incorporated into daily life with the right guidance and understanding. These traditional yogic cleansing practices are offered only to regular and committed yoga practitioners.

Yoga Teacher - Yoga Australia Level 2, YCB India Level 3
Yoga Therapist Student (C-IAYT)
My teaching draws inspiration from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, the ancient classical text on yoga, where yoga is not just a physical discipline, but a way of life.
Starting with the Yamas and Niyamas, the ethical and personal guidelines for living with awareness and integrity, this practical philosophy extends to how we eat, manage stress, rest, and relate to ourselves and others.
The breath is central to my teaching. It forms the bridge between body and mind. Pranayama, or yogic breathing, is not just an add-on at the end of a session; it is the essence of the practice. The goal of yoga is stillness of mind, and breath is the most accessible tool to get there.
My approach is compassionate, adaptable, and deeply rooted in the true purpose of yoga: to guide you toward a more balanced, peaceful, and resilient life.
